President's budget allots $8 million for Oregon nanotech

The new center would be established as part of the Oregon Nanoscience and Microtechnologies Institute, a collaborative effort between the University of Oregon, Oregon State University, Portland State University and the federal Pacific Northwest National Laboratory in Richland, Wash.
